Faisal Al Khamissi, the Chairman of SAFCSP's board of directors, underscored the immediate repercussions of the exhibition, revealing that more than 3,800 housing units had been reserved through the National Housing Company (NHC), representing a total value of SR3.8 billion ($1 billion).

He also pointed out the secondary economic impact on Riyadh, encompassing hospitality services, aviation, and hotels, which exceeded SR94.5 million ($25 million).
